Founded in 1998 by master cheesemaker Favero Fernando and his son Nicola, Caseificio Montegrappa is a young and innovative company that keeps alive the bond with Veneto’s cheesemaking tradition.

Specialized in the production of typical cheeses from the Grappa Massif, such as Morlacco del Grappa, Bastardo del Grappa, and Vecia Mastea, the dairy is committed to preserving these specialties, which risk disappearing due to the depopulation of mountain areas.

Over the years, it has expanded its range, offering a wide selection of cow’s, goat’s, and sheep’s milk products, available both fresh and aged, including lactose-free cheeses.

Craftsmanship and quality remain its strengths, combining tradition and innovation through passion and determination.
